AI Intelligence & Measurement
AI answers change by platform, prompt, date, location, mode and available sources. A screenshot can start a conversation, but it cannot run a strategy.
Our approach
AI answers change by platform, prompt, date, location, mode and available sources. A screenshot can start a conversation, but it cannot run a strategy. AI Intelligence & Measurement gives teams a repeatable view of brand visibility, competitive position, citations, accuracy and narrative - connected, where possible, to site behavior and commercial outcomes.
LLM Listed designs the prompt set, establishes the baseline, monitors the major answer engines and turns movement into decisions. You see where the brand is gaining, where a competitor is becoming the default, which incorrect facts create risk and which content or authority actions deserve the next investment.
Measurement framework
AI search needs a different measurement model
Traditional search analytics offers mature data on impressions, clicks, rankings and landing pages. Generated answers introduce a partly observable layer before the visit.

Traditional search analytics offers mature data on impressions, clicks, rankings and landing pages. Generated answers introduce a partly observable layer before the visit. A person can receive a recommendation without clicking, follow up with a second platform or arrive later through a branded search. The absence of perfect attribution does not justify measuring nothing; it requires a model that makes uncertainty visible.
The audience for AI search is already substantial. In June 2026 Google said AI Overviews had more than 2.5 billion monthly users and AI Mode more than one billion. Google also introduced additional Search Console controls and insights for AI search experiences, signaling that website owners need better visibility into this changing surface. Those platform-level numbers do not reveal an individual brand’s performance, but they establish why the answer layer belongs in marketing intelligence. (Google, June 2026)
The measurement hierarchy
A defensible tracking framework
What the dashboard should answer
An executive should be able to see whether the brand is becoming more visible and accurate in the prompt clusters that matter. A content lead should be able to find the pages and evidence associated with a weak cluster.
Explore the scope
An executive should be able to see whether the brand is becoming more visible and accurate in the prompt clusters that matter. A content lead should be able to find the pages and evidence associated with a weak cluster. A PR lead should be able to see which source types and narratives appear in citations. A product or risk owner should be able to identify the incorrect claim that needs urgent correction.
To serve those decisions, the dashboard includes filters for platform, market, prompt cluster, buyer stage, brand or product, competitor and time. Every aggregate number links back to the underlying responses. Data can be exported, and metric definitions are documented in the same workspace.

From visibility to commercial evidence
The best measurement design creates a chain of evidence rather than a single attribution claim. At the top of the chain, prompt tracking shows whether the brand is present, well positioned and accurately described.

The best measurement design creates a chain of evidence rather than a single attribution claim.
At the top of the chain, prompt tracking shows whether the brand is present, well positioned and accurately described. Citation analysis shows the public evidence around the answer. Web analytics shows identifiable referral visits and their onsite behavior. Search data can show branded or product demand. CRM fields, sales-call notes and post-conversion surveys can reveal whether AI influenced the shortlist. Experiments - such as improving one defined content cluster while holding the rest steady - can provide stronger evidence than a general before-and-after chart.
Each layer has limitations. Referrers may be missing; buyers may use more than one channel; platform outputs vary; and external events can move brand demand. The report states those limitations next to the conclusion. Honest measurement may be less dramatic than a claimed “AI revenue” total, but it is far more useful for deciding what to fund.
LLM Listed’s live work index and published Unbiased case study report more than 303,000 prompts engineered and a 321% increase in AI mention share, with the program ahead of target by month five. The case demonstrates scale, a defined tracked universe and ongoing performance review. Prompt volume alone does not explain the result, and another program may not require the same scale.
